If you want to use all the facilities of the Vidanta Mayan Palace Hotel with the Platinum membership, you must pay directly to the Hotel a supplement of $700 pesos per person not included in the price of your reservation. The supplement as a special guest is $100 pesos per person and only entitles you to use the pools and the beach. Additionally, a membership activation fee of $500 pesos per stay must be paid. Thank you very much.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
