Kalathas Sunset Villa

The property was perfect for our stay, clean, tidy with an excellent welcome pack of milk, cereal, eggs, bread, juice etc, and six cans of beer and two bottles of wine. Minimarket close Excellent restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Please ensure you ask the host how to drive up to the parking areas.

Alles war großartig. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für Fragen waren sie immer erreichbar und haben viele gute Tipps. Der Kühlschrank für den ersten Hunger mit Obst, Brot, Milch, Wasser, Bier, Butter, Marmelade, Käse und Wurst bestückt. Kaffee und Müsli war auch vorrätig. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse mit dem Ausblick ist unglaublich. Der schöne Strand, mit dem klaren Wasser ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Danke Efi und Spiros für die schöne Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft.

The view was outstanding!!! The villa was very spacious and accommodating! Owners were gracious and friendly! We loved them!!

Drive way is very steep. We had family in Chania that took care of the driving.

We loved everything about Kalathas Sunset Villa. The owners, Efi and Spiro (and cat Lucy), are the best host. They waited for our late arrival (after midnight), had snacks and water waiting for us, and were very helpful in suggesting places to see and places to eat. They were very friendly and patient. The villa is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. There’s even a grill that we used to bbq. The beds were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were spotless and also fully stocked! The view is worth a million bucks. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets while relaxing in the huge outdoor patio complete with lounge chairs. We didn’t want to leave but hopefully will go back someday! Thank you Efi and Spiro for your hospitality!!!

The location is amazing with an incredible view over Kalathas beach. The house is big with all amenities and facilities a family needs and Spyros and Efi are very warm and hospitable hosts.

I do not think that there is any disadvantage

The location was perfect, a few minutes from the beach with a perfect view.
