"Gem of a place!"

I must say that this was a wonderful place to stay with friends. The property is a cottage/villa with three bedrooms and a good sized kitchen and deck that opens out to the water. Photos do not do it justice ... I cannot wait to go back and we wished we were staying longer! The view from the deck is so peaceful and amazing; great sunrises if you are an early bird! The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking and eating together. This place is excellent for families and for travel with friends, or for a work retreat. The location is very close to town and a 7-11 just a short walk away for basic groceries. We cooked a fair bit when we were there, and it was very convenient. A shop to rent two-wheelers to explore the island is right next door. The place felt safe as well (all of us women travelers), with two doors that could be locked at night. The bedrooms are generously sized with an ensuite bathroom in each room (and a bonus bathroom too!). All amenities and air conditioning to get good rest after a hectic day. The host Jennifer is really a wonderful and hospitable person. Super responsive and *very* helpful, including guiding us to finding the place. The location, even though close to town, is quiet. This is a real gem!
