"Perfect place to stay in Otepää with friends or family!"

Very nice house with large terrace equipped with everything you need for grilling and relaxing. Location is superb - just a walking distance from everything (restaurants, groceries, bus station etc). Owners are easy to communicate with and very helpful. First and second floor can be used also separately as there is a kitchen and sitting area on both floors (large area on the 1st floor and small on the 2nd floor). The house sleeps comfortably 9 people, couches on both floors can be used for additional sleeping places. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace and nice weather!

As we had a group of 11 people, we needed to use to couches for sleeping, but as they are large enough, it was not a problem. It also gets a bit hot on the 2nd floor during sunny summer days, but with air conditioning in the kitchen/sitting area it's possible to cool it down.
