In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Early check in from 10am and Late check out up to 12pm for an additional $60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable $500 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.

"The stay was wonderful but a couple of little 'extras' could have made it more comfortable"

The location was handy to everything and walking distance to the restaurant and bar, though we did not experience these facilities due to limited time. The villa overlooks bushland giving a beautiful outlook, especially from the balcony.

Could have been more generous with their coffee allocation... it was either sachets of International Roast 😧 or bring your own pods for a coffee machine they had. I would like to see at a minimum of pods 'gifted' to tenants. The owner's know how many people are staying and for how long ... surely it wouldn't hurt to leave a couple of pods/person/day? If one is only staying a couple of days, you don't want to purchase something like 16 pods for 2 days x 1 person?? Or... at least supply an alternative instant coffee that is half palatable like Moccona or Nescafe Blend 23? The 'Weekenda' managers were a little over-bearing with their emails and RULES! There were constantly messaging and emailing reminding you of being quiet and respectful, these are the rules whilst staying, you can't entertain anyone else except those on the lease (which is fair enough but once is enough). Put the rubbish out... where??? They were very consice in stating their requests but they forgot to mention just where the bins were located outside.

Roominess of the villa, its location and the kitchen was fine. Clean as a whistle, comfortable and quiet.

The window in one bedroom would not stay ope, its dangerous and needs atention. The bathrooms need updating, refurbishment as the show signs of their age and wear and tear.

Loved everything about this cosy, little Villa! ❤️ Communication was excellent and staff quickly addressed a problem with the TV and fireplace. The fireplace was our error but Pete came out on a chilly night to help us. Would definitely stay here again. 😍

Just a little suggestion would be to have some hand lotion in the bathrooms - just an extra 'little touch'🙂
