The entire place is actually very comfy and welcoming, and the staff are accommodating.

The house looked nice at first glance

We were disappointed with several issues during our stay. The night before our departure, we found a mouse inside the house. We immediately informed the owner, and someone came to put glue in the kitchen. The next day, before checkout, we had another unpleasant experience. Checkout is clearly stated as 12:00, but the cleaning staff arrived at 11:45. They entered the property without asking, parked their motorbikes inside, and approached the living room area. Two women sat on the veranda waiting for us to leave, and one man even started cleaning while we were still there. This made us feel very uncomfortable and pressured, even though we still had time before checkout. We informed the owner, but instead of acknowledging the problem, he defended the staff and said it was normal for them to come early to prepare for the next guests. However, the contract clearly states a checkout at 12:00 and check-in at 15:00. We expected our privacy to be respected until the official checkout time. Another important point is that the pool area had two cameras facing it. Since this is a private villa, we asked the owner if they could be turned off during our stay, but he refused, saying they were for security. This made us feel that our privacy was not fully respected, and we did not feel free to enjoy the pool area comfortably, knowing the cameras were active. Overall, the situation and the owner’s response were disappointing, and we did not feel the level of privacy we expected in a private villa.

This has been the best property we’ve stayed in during our holiday in the Philippines. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well maintained. I cannot fault this place!

Although house felt modern and very comfortable, maybe the sitting room chair was quite uncomfortable for more than 5 minute sitting down Beds were just fitted with a single sheet Dimmer switches for some bedroom lights would be great

The AC in the living room can be improved.

The place was really nice, easy to find and wazeable. The pool is great! Warm water, good lighting - perfect for taking pictures. Cute kitchen with utensils and you can easily cook. Rooms have their own bathroom and an outdoor bathroom too. They even provided shampoo, body wash, towels and linens. You just yave to bring yourself!
