The water pressure is a little low. 1 toilet out of the 4 toilet was dirty.

Location was ok but the entrance is spooky and dangerous!!!! For family with kids. The keeper Pak Vial in charge was helpful to make my stay slightly better to provide his own house fan to borrow during my stay after complaining to him but not his fault so appreciate his help. The owner should be more responsible I guess.

The unit is not suitable for families not worth your money things I want to highlight: 1. No fan or Aircond in the living room and hall upstairs very hot and stuffy. 2. Toilet very smelly and dirty 3. Swimming pool just for show not really for swimming not safe for children since a lot of leaves and dirty. 4. No gate to secure your stay at this house very scary and not safe for family and no security guard so what ever and dark at night. 5. Very noisy since there is a pub beside the unit and music noise till 3-4 am in the morning. 6. No curtains at master bedroom and staircase and neighbour can right through into your bedroom no privacy.

The Villa is spacious.

The washbasins water outlet need to be looked into. Water was dripping As leaves were found in the swimming pool after 2 day of stay we could not use the swimming pool. The AC in one of the rooms was not working well but after informing the care taler it was rectified. It shoild not happen in the 1st place as these need to be checked before the guests came in.

It was big house that we were able to hang around after a long day of outing.

The bathrooms were in not good condition, the toiletries provided were not enough for the 4 days 3 nights stay. There were no housekeeping. There were too many insects n mosquitoes. There was s thunderstorm n the water seeped inside n when we arrived from our outing, there was water upon entering the house n in one of the rooms.

Beautiful house, very luxurious. Great location. Great service from Elis. Pool is small but very refreshing.

The kitchen could be better equipped with cooking utensils especially if there are more people (we were only 4) Generally needs a bit of maintenance.
