The location strikes a perfect balance secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet close enough to Clarens for any self-catering essentials. Nestled between the towering mountains and the gentle flow of the Ash River, the landscape radiates a profound sense of calm. It’s the kind of environment that invites you to reconnect with yourself and nature, reminding you of the greater forces at work in the world. You can tell that every piece of decor was chosen with genuine care and love, making the pods feel less like a rental and more like a sanctuary.

The location of the property. Very secluded and spacious. The property is amazing, great value for money. The views were beautiful. Love the braai area am the hot tub

The beds are a little bit hard.

Beautiful setting and finishes. Easy check in and check out. Pleasantly surprised by the Christmas gift and the fresh flowers daily.

Pod gets a bit hot and it would have been nice if there was a mosquito/animal screen to be able to sleep with the doors open instead of with the fan on but this is a personal preference. Space to place toiletries for the shower as I was worried the triangular shelf would fall down and hooks to hang towels to dry would be great.

Views, fireplace, privacy and accommodation in general (marvellous).

Toilets were not cleaned or brushed properly, cockroaches came out to play night, luckily there was doom provided, didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it refused to heat up even when we requested assistance from the staff.
