It was ok however one of the keys broke on arrival which they were aware of but is unacceptable considering how much was spent

The letting agent was extremely rude, she was talking about us in our own language (greek) to someone on the phone and talking relatively badly about us and did not realise that we were greek and knew exactly what she was saying. The television was not working, we had mentioned this several times and nothing was done to fix it. The air-conditioning in the kitchen was not working nor was the small kitchen. The toaster was not working, when we highlighted this to the letting agent she smuggly switched the fuse board and then it all tripped, this highlights that there was an electrical fault but nothing was being done to fix it. The toaster was not working and when we told them they advised that it was a brand new toaster. The swimming pool had a leak in it, which meant the water was disappearing from the pool and there was an issue with the chlorine levels in the pool and temperature which meant that it had become quite unsafe and unusable. When this was reported the pool guy had come and had to speak to the owner who advised that the water was to be left on so that we could enjoy our holiday and not have any more problems. When the letting agent returned the day of our departure, she was searching around the property to see if we had damaged anything, including looking behind a curtain where she had found an old dirty top and asked if it was ours, which it wasn't, this highlights that the cleaner had evidently not done a very good job. A number of messages were sent to the letting agent however these were not responded to and as of yet we have not heard anything back from her.

A very large and beautiful villa, just a 15-minute drive from Larnaca Airport. The house had everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. The villa has 9 rooms in total, including 5 bedrooms — two perfect for couples, and the others ideal for children. The villa was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and outside there is a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. We absolutely loved the pool. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Our family had a truly wonderful stay here

When we arrived, it was very hot in the house, and it took us quite some time to figure out how the system worked and to cool the house down. It was a very hot day, and we came with children, so it required some extra effort. There were also some issues with the water system — the pressure was very low, and one day we had no water for half the day. The oven and dishwasher did not work very well. Additionally, there were many ants and a lot of bees around the pool. In addition, there is nothing within walking distance from the house, so it is very difficult without a car. Calling a taxi is almost impossible and very expensive. However, the hosts were understanding and compensated us by returning part of the payment for the inconvenience. We appreciate their sympathy and effort.

Villa was a nice place plenty of room for everyone

Location was much further out from main towns with no shops bars or restaurants in walking distance very remote. Villa needed some attention to detail like cleaning between windows and shutters birds nests inbetween not always enough water from solar panels for 6 adults

A quiet location, you will need a car to get around to explore. The villa was very well equiped with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool and outside area are very well maintained. Supermarket, bakery and butchers only 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend for a family holiday. A big thank you to Maria, who was only a call away should there be any problems, not that we had any.
