Las Terrazas Villa 3

Before we even arrived Frank was extremely communicative, offering suggestions and helping ensure we had an easy arrival. Frank stayed in constant contact which was great, all queries were answered immediately and with grace. The villa is beautiful and kept to a very high standard. It has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful, the terrace has a full view of sunrise and sunset which is extra special. There was lovely touches left in the villa, a gift of wine and as it was Christmas some decorations which we appreciated.

From the start, communication with the host, Frank, was excellent, with lots of useful information on the property and the area. Car travel from the airport was quick and easy. The accommodation itself was excellent, being light, modern and very well equipped. The pool, outdoor equipment and views were great, and the golf resort was very peaceful. There was a range of activities for us all within easy car reach, with beaches and attractive marinas under half an hour's drive. Inland there are attractive villages, impressive scenery and interesting history. We would also recommend the tasting menu at the golf course restaurant, Sidecar. Overall, we were very impressed with the accommodation and with all that Gran Canaria has to offer.

Frank the host was more than accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. He even heated the pool for an extra fee. We had the sun in the day on the pool then later moved to the back of the villa for more sun and a beautiful sunset. Toiletries and cleaning products provided and a cupboard full of herbs and spices. Complimentary bottle of red wine on arrival and water in the fridge. We all had a fabulous stay in the Skandi feel villa and will be returning in the future. Thank you Frank you're absolutely a host with the most!

Lovely, spacious and well equipped villa in a perfect location for our holiday. Fabulous views of the golf course and the mountains beyond, and a short drive to the facilities and restaurants of Maspalomas. Frank was a great host, sending us helpful tips and all the information we needed, and checking that we were happy with everything at the property.

Great views in many directions from four different terraces, including a view of the sunset. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything needed. Privacy was great. Owner was super helpful. Perfect luxury.

This is a beautiful villa in a really great location on a quiet golf course. The villa was clean and really well set up for guests. The terrace a brilliant sun trap, the pool was lovely (we had it heated which was the right decision) and the outdoor areas well landscaped. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi very reliable and the sheltered parking space was much appreciated. Frank was a brilliant host too - great communication and very friendly. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this to small friend groups or a family.

Unfortunately the air con in one of the bedrooms was broke for the duration our stay - our host tried to revolve the issue quickly and efficiently though.

Great location. Very private with lovely panoramic views of the mountains one side, and the sea and sunset the other side. Beautiful modern villa very clean with a lovely pool, and three outside areas. Lovely open plan lounge/kitchen/ diner with full width patio doors overlooking the main outside area and fantastic views. The golf hotel is just a 5 minute walk and the golf club restaurant and spar shop a short drive. The host Frank was superb, very responsive and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. A perfect villa and definitely recommend staying at.
