VILLA AELIA in Spetses - charm & convenience, 2min beach

Το σπίτι ήταν σε φοβερή τοποθεσία, κοντα στην παραλία και στη χώρα του νησιού. Πολύ ευρύχωρο, είχε πολλά δωμάτια, όμορφα, φωτεινά, καθαρά και άνετα. Ήμασταν 2 οοκογένειες και μας χώραγε άνετα και θα χώραγε ακόμα παραπάνω άτομα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε μας βοήθησαν αμέσως! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This house was a great value for money. Before our stay we were sent details about everything in the house and the island. We were welcomed with a smile and showed around. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and the host had left for us complimentary Easter sweets. The house has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and a Wc, garden, terrace and balcony. The master bedroom even has a small fridge in the walk-in closet. From the start, we could see that every detail was thought. Very close to the house, there is a bakery, a mini market, and a supermarket. We had a great stay, and we are already planning our next.

The island seemingly relies on septic tanks so we had the unpleasant smell seep into the house on what we were told was the day our neighbor was emptying his tank. This happened once so it wasn't terribly inconvenient and would not prevent us from staying there again.

Comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and overall a very well conceived and organized home. Very conveniently located near the town's stores, cafés, bars, restaurants, and the island's various transportation modes and town beach. Our hostess, Korina, was super responsive and extremely helpful. She practically planned our stay by providing a plethora of recommendations for eating, drinking, swimming, site seeing, and biking to name a few; her suggestions were spot on!

Korina / Helen were amazing hosts, providing us with tips for local trips, beaches and restaurants. Korina checked in with us regularly during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The accommdation was perfect for our extended family of 8, spacious with 3 floors and well equipped. The villa is in a very good central location, close walk to beach, ferries and buses. I would warmly recommend to anybody thinking to visit Spetses.

Everything was amazing. The location, small details left for us my the owners. Perfect for families of a group of friends. We had the most wonderful stay and The host was very helpful and kind since day one.
