EKOSTAY - Alpha Villa

Overall look and feel. Caretakers were kind and helpful.

Dirty pool. Toilet seats were broken. Broken doors and windows. There are non places to get food anywhere around. And asking the staff to cook means it will take hours before anything can get done. We asked for tea and it took 45 minutes for them to make it.

The villa doesn't allow families without kids. I was going with my aunt and my cousins. The coordinator of the villa Mansi, she mentioned that only family and kids are allowed in this Vila that too post we were half way. She showed us another vila and gave a replacement, that was even more pathetic. It was on the side of the highway. Just one villa that looked like a warehouse, no security nothing. The villa was cheap motel, I think cheaper than the worst motel She was very rude, she didn't disconnect the call and was speaking to her colleagues saying 'Kya log h kya chlu h inka'. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH EKOSTAY!

The property was well maintained.

There were so many rules for the stay and also for using pool, kitchen ware. They didnt provide the basic kitchen utensils also. Lots of restriction. Also they have mentioned 4 bathrooms where as the total bathrooms were only 2 and also thry have mentioned barbeque, whereas no barbeque were there.

The property itself was beautiful. Caretaker was helpful and the pool was fantastic.

Neighbours were terrible people and the management did little to help us during a heated argument with the neighbour.

Service of care taker was excellent.

The property has great interiors. The caretaker was helpful. The swimming pool was clean. The rooms are spacious too.
