Fantastic value for money Villa. Very friendly hosts. A pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. A fantastic ' real' swimming pool. This is far from a mere plunge pool. First class furnishings in lounge/kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Location is great for a romantic get away. Lipa Noi is not suitable for Party People. A choice of family run Restaurants and a couple of mini marts within a 15 minute stroll.

Mattress in bedrooms need replacing with something more modern. We coped by putting the mattress from the second bedroom on top. Sunbeds require some padding to be comfortable. Neither of these things would prevent us from returning or giving anything other than a 10/10 review.
