Kalamies Family Villa

We had an incredible stay at this stunning villa in Pernera at the beginning of October! The villa was immaculate, modern, and spacious, with 3 large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The private pool was a highlight, and the villa had all the amenities we could have asked for. Elena was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We honestly couldn’t rate her highly enough! The location was great too. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Kalamies Beach, which is lovely for a quick swim and sunbathing, but it’s well worth making the trip to Fig Tree Bay—that beach is the real deal! For dining and shops, there’s a small “strip” in Pernera, but it’s only €10-15 to get to the main Protaras strip if you’re after more variety. Overall, it was the perfect holiday spot, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Protaras, Cyprus. The location was perfect, really peaceful. The rooms were spacious and super clean. Loved the grill and the pool – great for a laid-back time. What made it even better was the hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming. They even surprised us with local spirits and shot glasses when we didn't have any. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing vacation.
