The home was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and very generous. The house is a walking distance to a beautiful beach.

Very spacious and clean property. Lovely garden with a lemon tree. Very quiet area. Beautiful 15 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay which has an amazing beach with beautiful turquoise water. Lovely restaurants in Protaras.

We are really very happy that we chose this house and this destination for our vacation. The house is spacious, very well furnished, comfortable. The house has a spacious terrace with furniture and a garden. A great idea is an outdoor shower with warm water, so there are three showers in total (two inside). There is air conditioning everywhere with the possibility of individual settings in each room. The owner was very nice, we received welcome wine and other soft drinks. A smaller, nice sand beach was close to the house, about a five-minute walk. The center of Protaras is within walking distance, approx. 20 minutes. We really liked our vacation here, in general all the local people were very nice, we didn't encounter anything negative and nobody forced us to buy things like in some other countries. Just a great vacation. We will definitely come back here :)

I have never stayed in a place so perfect! The home was wonderful and had everything you would need. It was comfortable and clean and fit 6 of us very easily. The location was perfect. 15 walk from Fig tree bay. Or you can take the long way by the beach which is a much more beautiful walk. The owner of the house was very helpful and kind and introduced us to his lovely son who was just as helpful in showing us how to work the the facilities in the home. There is a nice garden where we spent most of our time when we weren't off galavanting somewhere. There's opportunities for grilling if you don't feel like eating out. There's an outdoor shower if you've come from the Beach or if you like showering outside in the summer.... And yes, it has hot water. Kitchen: Big fridge and lots of space. There's enough plates, glasses, utensils and machines that you could hold a feast! Be careful of the couch! If you lie on it for more that 5 minutes you WILL fall asleep. It's too comfortable :D. The rooms are spacious. There's room for packing your clothes away, aircon, Extra blankets and towels. 2 toilets and showers inside which were also nice and clean. Bonus: we didn't have small children, but if you do: they've taken special care to have child safety features in the house so I recommend it for families with small children too! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we're very glad we booked it. It really was like being home and we can't wait to be back!

I liked it very much. House is big, well equipped and has excellent location. There is possibility to go walking to Protaras center. Beautiful beaches, Turtle Bay and bus stop are near. The owner is communicative and very helpful
