Villa Nova

Comfortable villa located in a quiet area of Paralimni. The villa is easily located on Google and Bolt maps using keywords villa nova paralimni. Nearby are two supermarkets and Malama Beach. There is a cozy courtyard around the villa itself. On the ground floor there is a large living room + kitchen and one bedroom with a comfortable desk. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The villa has three bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a water-fridge with a high-quality filter - no need to buy water in plastic bottles. New comfortable furniture, everything is very clean and cozy. The mattresses are not too soft and not too hard, just right.

Really clean, tidy villa with fantastic amenities nearby. Really friendly helpful staff. The villa had everything we could possibly need and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic with any questions or help we needed. We managed to accidentally lock ourselves out one of the days and they sorted us out very quickly and without fuss.

everything is perfect. But if you plan to work remotely , there may be a problem with the Internet speed

Great place. Has everything you will need for a holiday. Walking distance to the beach.

A swimming pool would top it up.

The garden is wonderful with exotic trees and bushes in wery good condition. The garden furniture is also perfect. The house is nice clean and big. The nearby beach was also cool and very near.

I could not drink a good espresso without any coffee machines.
