Diamond villas

We went there during the New Year. The villa was nice (we stayed at Black Diamond 8). There is 1 bedroom with twin beds at the ground level + 1 bathroom with shower and 3 more bedrooms at the first floor (one bedroom with queen bed has also a bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom). The beds were ok, large wardrobes, there is a washing machine on the first floor (bring your own detergent if you consider using it). I liked the open space on the ground floor - the kitchen is nice and it has a big island, it is pretty well equipped. They provide 2-3 dishwasher pods and 2-3 garbage bags (so, in case you plan to cook more at the villa and use the dishwasher, I recommend bringing some extra dishwasher pods; and garbage bags). On the positive side, they did provide a new sponge for the dishes, 2 kitchen towels, 1 cleaning rag. When we arrived we found in the fridge a bottle of water, a bottle of juice and a bottle of sparkling wine - which we really appreciated. There is a beach where you can get by walking, but if you plan to see more of the island, we definitely recommend renting a car (there are 2 private parking spots. In conclusion, it was a nice vacation, pretty quiet area (as we went there during the holiday season - there is a construction area just across the street but it looked like they are close to finish anyway). The villa is not brand new, (there are 2 broken pool longes which would be nice if they would replace, the adjustable “head holder” part of the sofa are broken), but overall, the villa it is in a decent condition and it is definitely worth the money we paid - obviously cheaper off season).

We had to sweep daily as there were ants in the living room (it’s not the only place in Cyprus where this happened though) - they do provide bug spray in case you want to use it.

Everything was ok.

Super new and clean, nice locations short walking distance to beach and main street

The property was very spacious. Clean and tidy. Good cooking facility’s. Very nice pool was cleaned 2 times during are stay what was really nice.

There is nothing not to like about the property

Broken parasol so only able to use one between 7 people and broken glass around the sun beds. Tiles around the pool very slippery when wet.
