Fig Tree Bay Residences 7

The Location: was amazing, with loads of things to do for Kids and Adults alike, the bay is a beautiful place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to visit, it was a 20-minute bus ride from Ayia Nappa, although we only really went there once as there is plenty to do in fig tree. The Villa: had virtually everything you could want, and if something was missing, or you needed something else, the hosts were very accommodating (within reason of course), they had a TV in the main living room, that had channels from all over the world, which was nice, as we got UK TV when we just wanted to veg out. The Hosts: were so friendly, helpful, and contactable, with super fast responses, and dealt with questions almost immediately, they even helped arrange things from local rental companies. they organised transfers for us, and as we had a later flight than check out, they even organised lunch, and use of facilities at a nearby hotel, which was brilliant - Other hosts could definitely learn from the team at Fig Tree Bay Residence. - I would like to name-check a couple of people Eleni, what a lovely kind-hearted and helpful person, Kyriakos, owner of the villa, you wouldn't have guessed he owned it! so down to earth, helpful, and genuinely nice guy too.

Ok so here is where I do have some things I would like to say, as a whole, the villa was amazing, in location, in size, in comfort and facilities. However, some things could have just been finished better, a couple of the rooms had recently had some work done, but the work hadn't been finished properly, there was paintwork that hadn't been completed, and even had a hole in one of the walls. The kitchen had everything, but for a 6-bed villa seemed a little small. The quality of some of the basic amenities was below standard, although you can tell a lot of money was spent well on the villa, the little things like the bins were broken (functioning but broken) dishwasher drawer kept getting stuck, but worked, nothing we needed complained about, as it was all fine as a whole, worth mentioning What I really liked and hated at the same time was the villa was fully fitted with smart technology, the idea of the smart technology was great, but the execution was not so much, some times functionality would work well other times it was a pain, the schedules and programming could do with some work, blinds going down too much, not enough. The lights would not work all the time.

Everything was great, the villa fully matches the description. The interaction with the host is worth noting — he was always in touch and ready to help — the highest level of service.
