Olivia Sports and Sea

Καλή τοποθεσία σε λόφο κοντά στη θάλασσα, με ωραία θέα. Πρόκειται για μεζονέτα σε 3 επίπεδα πλήρως ανακακινισμένη και καλά εξοπλισμένη. Αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια και βεράντες στους δύο ανώτερους ορόφους όπου μπορεί κανείς να χαλαρώσει. Καθαρριότητα χώρου, ποιότητα κλινοσκεπασμάτων και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές εξαιρετικά.

Είχαμε θέματα με το internet, το repeater που βρισκόταν μέσα στο διαμέρισμα δεν δούλεψε καθόλου και αναγκαστήκαμε (μετά από προτροπή του οικοδεσπότη) να συνδεθούμε στο δίκτυο της διπλανής οικίας του συγκροτήματος. Ωστόσο έτσι δεν υπήρχε δίκτυο στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο. Μία ηλεκτρική καφετιέρα στην κουζίνα (υπήρχε μόνο καφετιέρα για μάτι κουζίνας για έναν καφέ φίλτρου) θα ήταν ευπρρόσδεκτη όπως και μια τοστιέρα-σαντουιτσιέρα.

The property was very well located , right next to the beach and all restaurants. We appreciate the free parking spots, the access to the pool and how clean was the place. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a small swimming pool, with two bedrooms at the basement level and one at the last second floor. Villas are modern, well maintained and well equipped, having all the appliances needed if you want to prepare food. When at the villa we spent most of the time on the spacious terrace. All rooms are done with a nice touch and beds are comfortable. Cleaning was done twice in a 7 days stay if I remember correctly. When we arrived at the villa, the basement exhibited a really bad odor, but Grigoriy the manager of the site addressed the issue immediately and asked the cleaning ladies to work to eliminate the problem. On another instance one of our friends in the group pulled his left foot high toenail and Grigoriy in a matter of minutes arrived and offered to help. He talked to one of the employees who was also qualified as a nurse, and she applied bandages and advised us to go to the hospital in Almiros. One other time, the same guy in our group had a flat tire, and Grigoriy helped him remove the flat tire, drove him to and from the tire shop and installed a new tire on the car.

Although there are spots for parking in the complex, their number is limited and tend to be occupied most of the time. Not a huge deal, as down the hill there is a parking lot, on the backyard of a restaurant across the property.

Really nice villa: - very confortabile & spacious - beautiful sea view from the living room and one of the bedrooms - well equipped - clean (and cleaned every 3 days) - very close to the beach - private jacuzzi and semi-private swimming pool - parking (private) for 2 cars - barbecue on request - 2 tavernas (2 minutes walk to) + property own restaurant - great host

There is nothing bad to say about the property. Just have in mind that there is not much to do/ visit in the area. And during our stay it was really windy after 12-13PM, every day.
