"WORST experience ever due to overbooking"

NOTHING

The property was overbooked and so it was such a hassle to search another property last minute. Saffron stays made sure that they ruined our outing and my friends 25th bday. Even after the payment and the confirmation they say that the booking is not confirmed. How ridiculous is that to have 10000 rs deducted from your account and they say the booking isn't confirmed. I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone if you wish for a peaceful trip.

would like better breadth in your menu. It would also be nice to have a restaurant/s at the site to provide limited but a variety of cuisines also functionality of electrical plug points and mosquito repellentdevices need closer checking.
