Excellent location and very good facilities in the villa. Beachfront. Very nice beach but the marina was closed and there are very few options to buy basic needs.

This villa was seriously amazing! Honestly, it was spotless when we arrived – you could tell they really cared about keeping the place clean and well equipped. And the space! Way bigger than we expected, which was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out without feeling cramped, which made the whole trip so much more fun. We had such a great time and would definitely book it again !

Everything is perfect, the villa was very clean , the furniture was amazing , full kitchen supplies, powerful AC across the entire villa , tv in every room , two rooms with beach view. The garden is very well cared for. We got also a beautiful welcoming from Mr. Hamdy the maintenance guy , who was always very sweet and he always gave us a nice basket of dates that come out from the villas garden. We also appreciated Mr. Ramy who was always contacting us ensuring that all our needs were met. This place is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy a nice quiet vacation in a REALLY quiet place.

Not the property's fault obviously but the beach is not sandy in the area in front of the villa . I would Strongly recommend getting some nice beach shoes for the whole family so you can go in the water without ruining your feet.
