Everything was perfect

It was clean and in a quiet location. However ‘the view’ was a colour bond fence at the back of a rundown property.

The breakfast provisions were very poor - 1 loaf of bread, only 1 litre of milk for 3 breakfasts, and cereal. The butter had been used previously and had turned a dark yellow colour. There was a quarter of a jar of jam clearly left by previous guests. The rest of the jam was cheap sachets. No selection of teas, only English Breakfast. There was no code to access Netflix. The configuration of the sitting room made it difficult to view the TV. We were given a towel each but only one face washer. My husband tried to ring the owner but our call was not returned. All in all, very disappointing especially for the price we paid, plus an extra $35 for a 1pm checkout.

Very comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. The villa is immaculate and has been decorated very tastefully. Location is excellent, close to the local shops. Wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time.

The apartment is located in close proximity to the main attractions of Richmond. The apartment is beautifully furnished and breakfast items were provided for us during our stay. The owners have thought of everything. The apartment is well equipped to make one’s stay extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bridgecroft Villa and would highly recommend this accomodation to those traveling and staying in Richmond.

Everything you could want in this lovely villa. Hot tub was really appreciated, bed was really comfortable. Great location to explore Richmond and the surrounding wineries. Everything good - would love to come back.

We had a late check in but on arrival the cottage heater was switched on which was lovely as the cottage was warm an cosy. The French theme that Andrew an Sharon have put together through out the villa was nothing short of amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the villa had more then enough space for a family of 4. The automatic coffee machine,and breakfast provisions were an added bonus. And the shower was to die for. Andrew also offered a late check out which was much appreciated seeing it was father's day when we checked out.I would definitely recommend this property to weary travellers and out of state visitors who are looking for a nice quiet,comfortable villa that has everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay. 👍
