The views were outstanding and scopello was a 20 minute walk. The villa was lovely and had everything you needed. Little things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, iron, hair dryer made our stay much easier. The pool was good but was smaller than expected. There are two supermarkets a short drive away or maybe a 25 minute walk away from scopello that had everything you could possibly need.

The one thing I wish I knew - I read comments before about the road leading up to the villa being a 'bit rocky' and I wish someone would have put in if you're getting a hire car consider one that's raised off the ground. We had an interesting time getting to it in a Ford focus. It did the job but it didn't sound pleasant underneath the car. We also requested a cot which we were charged €50 which we thought was a little steep especially what we paid for a week and when most places offer this free of charge. It was also not there on arrival so we had to manage a night without it.

We were late arriving, but Mike waited at the property for us. He was charming, friendly and helpful and easy to contact during our stay. The villa is beautiful and on a bigger plot than we expected. Inside and outside are both beautifully kept. The beds are super comfy and the views are spectacular. Their were 2 bottles of outstanding complementary wine for us, which was a really nice touch.

The only downsides were that it was hard regulate the temperature of the showers, and also there aren't enough plugs, particularly in the kitchen area. Neither of these things detracted from our wonderful stay.

Die Aussicht ist überragend, der Wohnraum ist schön eingerichtet. Die Tischtennis-Platte war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr gut, kleinste Probleme wurden sofort behoben.

L'accueil a été parfait, personnel chaleureux et du vin nous a été offert. La maison est très jolie, décorée avec gout, bien équipée et bien située, proche du village tout en étant isolée au calme (prévoir bonne voiture pour accès un peu technique). C'est un logement idéal pour rayonner dans les environs tout en étant logé de manière très confortable. Les extérieurs sont super!

Nous pensons avoir été les premiers à louer cette saison car la maison était plutôt humide à notre arrivée (début mars) et difficile à réchauffer juste avec les 2 clims réversibles des chambres (à noter, un chauffage au gaz avec compteur payant en supplément, un peu limite au vu du prix déjà conséquent du logement). C'est pour cela que nous pensons que cette maison est idéale en saison chaude. Nota Bene: nous n'étions pas au courant que la réserve de Zingaro était fermée depuis juillet 2025, les hotes n'y peuvent rien mais l'attrait de la région en est un peu amoindri.

beautiful villa, amazing views, great location, peaceful and private We walked every evening into scopello for dinner, its a 15-20 min and very easy ( bring a flash light for the last part of the walk) There is a grocery store 4 min away by car to get essentials. The area has beautiful beaches with the most crystal clear water for snorkelling I look forward to going back one day

The view was one of the best and facilities

Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, es war alles zweckmässig und sauber vorhanden. Es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln waren bereitgestellt. Ein kühler Weisswein und Wasser erwartete uns bei der Ankunft. Die Aussicht der Villa ist wunderschön!

Nichts, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
