Good size, reasonably clean, very good bed sheets and towels, quiet.

When we arrived, we were tired and wanted to seat and relax. The cleaner/cook/maintenance lady had a person cutting a tree 40mins after we officially checked in at 14:30(they allowed us to leave the luggage after 12:00). Breakfast was included in the price. We requested extra 4 eggs with our breakfast(as only one egg was included with one of the meals. We were shocked when the lady arrived and started cooking in the villa, then waiting for us to finish to wash the plates. When we asked if we need to pay anything additional for the eggs she quoted us 50,000 for 4 eggs!( bearing in mind that 30 eggs on the market cost 50,000). There was not even bacon or mushrooms etc with the eggs and the tomato was half of very small one! Following this we cancelled breakfast for the rest of our stay, also we didn't want someone cooking and hanging around for 2 hours every morning, we needed rest. Shower heads/units old and broken. Bathtubs old, damaged looking dirty Water pressure very low, bearly can shower. No hot water in the kitchen. Toilets are broken, you have to press twice and hold for 5 to 10 seconds until drains the water, but..this seams to be normal functioning according to the cleaning lady. Energy of the property felt very heavy and depressing. Bad and heavy smell of stagnant water/waste on the grounds and around the property. One of the bed benches badly repaired and when we put the luggage broke(is good we didn't seat on it). Air-conditioning never cleaned. Bad smell, dirty filters, which is a health hazard for development of bacterial respiratory infections. I had a chest infection not sure if that was caused by this, but highly likely!! I am sorry to say this, but we spend money and time to be in Bali to have a rest, and as such has to be said. In general most of this could been fixed, better service could have been provided, if they had the right person to manage it.

Nice cosy place to stay. Beds were comfortable, pool is clean. Staff was friendly

Tiles and deckings of the floors are coming out. About 10-15mins walk out to Main Street. Lightings around dining area abit too dark

De locatie is schoon en luxe. De gastvrouw, Putu, maakt een geweldig ontbijt. Heel fijn dat er gekozen kan worden uit verschillende gerechten. Heerlijk zwembad.

De villa ligt wat ver van het centrum. Te ver om te lopen. Met een scooter, Grab of Gojek prima te doen.

Our host Putu was amazing, went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and cooked us breakfast each day. The pool is lovely and refreshing and became our meeting point at the end of each day.

The Villa itself is a little tired and in need of maintenance and updating, though this would not stop me rebooking. Room safes were not working at the time of our stay.

Privé Villa met zwembad. Drie aparte kamers met eigen badkamer. Airco en Tv. Elke ochtend een vers gemaakt ontbijt voor je op je eigen gekozen tijd. Goeie verzorging door lieve behulpzame mensen.
