"A Beautiful and unique property with an infinity pool - an amazing experience to remember"

The property was clean, modern and well presented. Excellent location and a few minutes walk to many shops and restaurents. Wulan was very responsive throughout our stay, making sure all of our needs were met. Her warm welcome immediately put us at ease. Wiwin and her friendly team prepared delicious food, took great care of us, and maintained the property in a very clean condition. It was a fabulous experience that we will all remember. Thank you, Wulan, Wiwin, and the team!

The air conditioner condenser units serving two rooms need to be relocated outside to prevent warm exhaust air from recirculating into the house through the timber slats wall and to reduce noise levels inside the home. This appears to be an oversight by the air conditioner installer, and addressing it is essential to ensure guest comfort.

"Brilliant location!"

Location was brilliant! Tucked away up a lane, super easy walk to quality restaurants of all styles, plenty of spas and shops. Plenty of little supermarkets nearby as well. Walk to beach was simple. Food delivery was available from the little restaurant on the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful, they kept the place clean and turned our beds down, shut curtains and turned the aircon on in the bedrooms each night. Pool was amazing! Great temperature and nice to watch the world go by from it. House is still in good condition/working order and meets the photos expectations.

A 'living area' that was enclosed/airconditioned would have been nice. I felt like we hid alone in our bedrooms with the aircon on to escape the heat at times as the upstairs living area is open and gets hot. I sometimes felt the staff were a little too helpful. I felt like I had to 'check-in' every time we went anywhere and were frequently asked "where are you going?" by staff. We were always greeted with a friendly "welcome back" when we walked in the front door. A little more 'space' would have been nice. The drivers suggested/used by villa were quite expensive. I recommend using Grab for local drives.
