We had a wonderful time at Villa Alessandra. The service was exceptional, and everything was perfect. A special thank you to Nikki, Hendra, Ayu, Dimas, and Nani for their amazing hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Some facilities are a bit dated and could use some renovation, the exceptional service made up for it. We had a lovely time overall

Gerbang gak bisa di gembok Ada beberapa pintu yang tidak bisa di kunci Ac kurang dingin di ruang makan dan di ruang karaoke Playlist karaoke kurang banyak Kurang garasi

The staff were amazing Nikki was very accommodating and helpful with every request, the location was great in seminyak

Ok so the villa looked nothing like the photos, the water pressure was atrocious in all 5 bedrooms , we had issues with taxis and grabs not being able to identify the villa because there is no number or identification on the outside..

The large table, pool table and pool.

We found a used condom in one of the bathrooms. Water was very low on the pool. We didn't have enough time to order breakfast. Cleaning was only once whilst we were there.
