Villa Berlin - Private 6 BDR Villa in Seminyak with Pool and Garden

- The host was very helpful and made sure we were settled in. - Communication was done via WhatsApp, and she was very responsive at all times even at night. She gave clear instructions of where our driver should drop us off as we had a large van and could not make it through. One instance was when our key broke - she replied instantly and redirected us to another team that handled the issue. - Cleaners were very polite and paid attention to detail. - Location was good - central to shops, cafes, and spas nearby. We could easily walk or gojek / grab bike anywhere without it being very expensive. - Great for big groups - the pool was spacious with seating ledges great and had cabanas beside it. The villa was very spacious with 6 bedrooms with the bottom floor having 4 rooms opening to the outdoor and semi-outdoor dining/kitchen area with tonnes of seating. 4 bathrooms were enough for our group of 12.

- Water pressure for some of the showers was weak - but it wasn't a big issue. - There's a cat that climbs over the wall at night.

Lots of space and lovely outdoor area and pool. Great facilities for a large group.

Accommodation was amazing and super central. Staff was incredible with assisting with any needs, I asked for a softer pillow and had a new one within hours, super helpful and quick response and always left the place nice and clean.

It was great, only thing that would make it even better if there was an ensuite or toilet in room 1.

Villa was very well maintained, had spacious, comfortable rooms with great aircon and facilities and staff were very friendly and accomodating making our stay very enjoyable.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property however better signage down the alleyway the Villa is located down may make it easier for transport to locate the Villa on arrival.

Nice pool, nice sitting area. Great open plan. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Area is very busy, but the villa is one block behind the noisy road and quite. Area was a bit too busy for us so we moved to Jimbaran.

Staff is available in morning but we prefer more privacy.

the water pressure was terrible. the shower was dribbling most of the time so my partner at to hold it over to so I could shower properly and the fridge wasn’t cold so our food went bad

it was awesome clean and beautiful
