Nyaman Villas Seminyak

Stunning property, excellent host and our best experience on Bali by far. The layout of the whole villa was an architectural masterpiece from the entrance to the back. Very private and exclusive experience with a great service and very friendly staff.

Prepayment of 25% was required prior to arrival. This was not stated on booking and raised initially concerns. The management communicated well via WhatsApp and were able to explain the reasons for this unusual practice. The remaining 75% was paid by card on arrival.

I like the hosts who were very hospitable and friendly.

The furniture, chair cushions, curtains look dated. Curtains were dusty.

This was our first time in Bali and my family had a 2 bed villa for 5 nights. We were impressed with the space, pool and how well it was set out. All our needs were taken care off and we were treated really well by all the staff. Their attention to detail is amazing!! The location is perfect, circa 10mins walk from the main street, with great options for food, drink, shopping. The villas are secluded, so very private and generally maintained well. The breakfast options can be catered to your diet needs (ours was strict vegetarian/no eggs). Yogi/Kutar and his team took notes on what we could change for next breakfast and sourced lots of delicious fruit, eggless bread, coconut water etc. Try their fresh pancakes - you’ll fall in love with them!!! Housekeeping made sure mosquito coils were placed in outside areas each day. Staff arrive within a 1-2mins if anything is required. We would highly recommend Nayaman Villas and will certainly be returning!

Villa was very spacious. Pool a nice size also. Rooms were a little old and the bathrooms need an upgrade. One of our outside bathrooms had a bad sewerage smell which was disappointing. Breakfast each day was good but would have liked other options as we stayed 5 nights and by the 4th morning, our kids weren't interested in brekky. For the size of the villa a laundry room do do your own personal washing would be convenient.

Bad smell off outside bathroom. One of the pools was a little green. The bathroom towels were very old and discoloured. The pool cushions need replacing also.

The concept of the villa was amazing . It was exactly what was advertised and more . Was very satisfied with our choice . The most amazing experience was being treated with exceptional care from the staff . They went above and beyond in taking care of our every need . Will definitely use the facilities again.

Nothing actually . Things like the mosquitos and rain are beyond the control of the staff or apartment itself . So no there was nothing I didn’t like
