Rumah Indah Villa

Pool area is amazing and like on photos.

It was not clean. Kitchen area was very dirty. Bedding was dirty and 2 of the sleep pillows was full of mold.

The villa was a great size for three people, really spacious and comfortable. It’s in a good location, just tucked away from the main street. Loved the added touches like flowers on request for my parents’ birthdays, plug adapters, and drinking water. Gusti was a super attentive host and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

The only downside for me was that the outer doors to the bedroom left gaps when closed so it invited quite a few bugs into the room. There is spray available though so it’s an easy fix.

The restaurants near the villa were excellent. Watercress is walkable and Livingstone is like a $2 grab ride away. There is also a hotel in the same alley that has a restaurant and a couple massage for Rp 335k. It is located in "North Seminyak" so quite a distance from the main Seminyak shopping. Definitely not within walking distance . Owner is very accommodating in making your stay great. And he is always contactable via whatsapp. It is about 300m from the main road, so away from the noise.

This is not a diss, just a more balanced review for others to take note. The villa is at the right price point at the 'discounted price" . It will never be rented at the RRP and anyone expecting the villa to be at the standard of the full avertised price will be greatly disappointed. It is a great Toyota at a Toyota price. Just don't expect a Lexus and be misled by the full price. I would definitely rent again at the same price I paid.

Very spacious and beautiful villa allowing to find a solitude within crowded area. Close to all hype spots. The villa is equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus, has a great A/C. Super nice and welcoming host, helpful and very friendly.

Clean, lovely quiet location and friendly helpful staff. Good powerful aircon.

Water pressure was quite weak but notified staff about this.

Staff were nice and helpful, location was a short walk to food and the villa was great. Loved the pool😊

Gusti was very easy to communicate with and addressed all of our needs and requests - including organising in house massages.

There were some issues with the plumbing so the water pressure was very poor. Gusti was very responsive and organised a plumber although the issue didn't fully resolve.
