Asrina Villa's Seminyak

The outdoor living area was lovely, although we did battle with mosquitos the whole time outside. The establishment does provide some aides but those mosquitos are determined! The area was close to restuarants, a stones throw from the beach, and all the vibey places for couples and friends to party at. The rooms had very efficient aircons and clean. Although the bedrooms had TV sets, it would have been great to have one in the outside lounge to enjoy as a family on the down days. The pool was very welcome after a day of exploring, it was just a perfect end to every day.

The establishment should rethink its laundry service provider as the white towels left much to be desired.

great location, clean and tidy, a little dated but the hospitality and very comfortable bed made up for it.

We really enjoyed the location - very easy to access and walk. The staff were always friendly and willing to help and it was good peace of mind knowing there was security at all times.

We had small issues with the toilet not flushing but everytime the staff were able to fix straight away.

Location was spot on and having our own private pool.

Showers had no pressure and no hot water. Mosquitoes were really bad. Pool was dirty, water was cloudy and there were a number of broken tiles on the bottom of the pool that were really sharp and dangerous. The security guard of an afternoon would ring the doorbell to come and light some Mosquito coils, but would let himself in before we could answer. Both times he did this, my wife and daughter were sunbaking and felt that their privacy was intruded upon.

Great location, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Large pool (pretty deep) but with a good shelf/wide steps for the little kids to play on. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Large living area and dining table.

A few breakdowns in house, broken pool tiles, filter/light breaking, water in roof from air conditioning leak causing it to collapse-however all was fixed immediately when told

The first thing to say about the Villa is the location, Just off a main street, with close access to the beach, Seminyak Square and lots of bars, shops and restaurants. The villa was exactly what we expected, it is really spacious with the outdoor area perfect for relaxing. Whilst the property is a little tired and could do with some updating, it is definitely good value for money. Our villa was was closest to the main road, so we had a little traffice noise, but nothing that kept us awake. The service was very good, personal and friendly. They came in twice a day to light mosquito coils which was most welcome. They also arranged for a laundry for a small fee. We enjoyed the villa a lot as it was tranquility from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It has been many years since I had visited, and the traffic is getting to the point of chaos at times. It was hard to walk through the town without getting hassle from street sellers, people on mopeds and taxi drivers. Beds were comfy, bathroom area was spacios and the outdoor shower was excellent. Asrina in our opinion was good value for money and the location was excellent. Seminyak itslef is becoming the next Kuta, which is a bit of shame. A couple of good shouts for food are Revolver for brunch and if you want a decadent day on the beach, then its a 10 minute walk up to Potato Head Beach Club. A pleasant 5 night stay in a well appointed, spacious and friendly villa. Would return to the accomodation, but would give Seminyak a wide berth in the future.

Just the over commercialisation of the town.
