Loved our stay. Perfect location.

Toilet seat needs attention as it kept falling on me!

The location of the villa, the rooms are spacious.

The swimming pool is smaller than expected. The lights in the room is abit too dim. Massage service in villa is limited.

Excellent location

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a perfect and maintained daily. The kitchen was well appointed with a cooktop and all utensils to prepare and cook a meal. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We felt safe and secure with a staff member on site at the entrance to the complex at all times. Very central location, a 1 minute walk to Ku De Ta and the beach, 3 minute walk to the Seminyak flea market and a 10 minute walk to Seminyak village.

There is no onsite restaurant or kitchen, breakfast orders must be submitted the night before and are prepared offsite.

The villa boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and nightclubs. Agung and his team are highly attentive and responsive whenever contacted.

The villa showed signs of wear and tear, and unfortunately, we encountered a distressing incident where the ceiling in one of the rooms collapsed, though thankfully when we were away. The staff were apologetic and promptly relocated us to another villa. However, the experience left us feeling uneasy, and we opted not to stay another night. They refunded us for one night and kindly provided transportation to our next hotel in Nusa Dua. It would be wise for them to consider renovating the villas before renting them out again. Pool is quiet deep on all sides, is not safe for families with kids.

Location - you are surrounded by everything you would need. Privacy - it felt very secluded. Staff - amazing, so accommodating and kind. Value for money - for the facilities that we had and the space we stayed in, amazing value!
