Villa Noni Seminyak

Villa was as pictured and location was fine. Staff were responsive to issues.

Upon arrival, we noticed a rat in the garden, this rat climbed a tree and remained on the roof over the entrance way. We contacted management who sent pest control. Pest control planted glue traps throughout the property, including the kitchen. From sunset onwards, there were multiple rats in the garden, including in the living space. We were subjected to listening to a rat slowly die on a glue trap in the kitchen and heard and witnessed others scurrying around the property. As the Villa was open to the garden with no doors, we made the decision to leave as it is was unsafe and unhygienic to stay. As we left the Villa, we counted at least 10 rats inside the entryway. We returned the following day to hand back the key, and there were still rats visible under the roof tiles. We were informed we would receive a refund but asked not to write a review, however, we would feel guilty letting someone else stay in this villa, especially potential families with children booking, as there is clearly a rat infestion at this property which needs to be resolved.

Well maintained and clean. Has all the facilities you are looking for. Very close to restaurant and happening clubs. Nearby has marts and it’s close to beach.

Nothing in specific. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this place was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, fabulous swimming pool, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you are in saminyak.

I’m was beautiful and so lovely. Everything was provided. It was close to everything. The staff were warm and helpful. Everyone had their own space.

Pool is a little tired and could do with a good pressure clean. Also think that anything previous guests leave behind should be thrown out rather than keep for the next guests - I’d prefer clean and empty fridge, cupboards and benches

Very spacious, very clean and the pool is great for staying cool. Open air bathrooms are lovely. It’s conveniently close to the road, and while some road noise was noticeable it isn’t bad. Very friendly host and staff. Lots of great places to eat within a short walk or taxi ride.

It would be good if there was a net over the vent above the door in one bedroom to keep bugs out.

It is a beautiful villa, good location with easy access to everything restaurants, beach, supermarkets..the host is great.

I didn’t like that we have to leave 😂
