"outstanding Villa"

villa was very clean when we arrived. sun was always shining on the pool. had a drinking water dispenser and always left us with extra water gallon to swap when we were low. washing machine was easy to use just had to buy powder. kitchen was good enough for what we needed. bedrooms were very clean and cool upon arrival. the beds were comfortable. bathroom was clean. Dedek was a wonderful house keeper, always asked us every day if we wanted it cleaned. was quick with responses when I asked for new towels or extra toilet paper. the Villa location was difficult at first but my best advice is to remember the Bintang Supermarket as the ally way leads to the Villa. photos are taken at the end of our stay so a bit messy by us not the house keeper!

cannot fault this property, very lucky to have this available to us.

The villa is extremely clean and well kept. While the pool was not large, it could still fit all 5 of us comfortably to chill out together. Furniture and fittings were well maintained with cold aircon in the room. Villa staff were so friendly and made sure we were well looked after (:

It is not on google maps yet, so grab/ gojek had some difficulty with finding it so we had to pin the villa next door. Had to walk a distance to get to the main road/ beach, but it was a nice and pleasant (no traffic) walk. TV had no Netflix.

"Exceptional"

I stayed there for 7 days and from start to finish, the experience of this villa was amazing. Derek the caretaker was amazing. He was available 24/7 to help out with any help we needed. All the amenities were great at the place.

pool had full sun

beds were so hard . lounge was so uncomfortable , hardly any cooking utensils or equipment. had to continually ask our cleaner to leave us fresh hand towels or face washers. very noisy at night. Couldn’t stay connected to the speaker . TV doesn’t have English speaking channels, no Netflix. when it rains floors extremely slippery & when in heavy rain water pours down the stairs dangerous to walk on. outdoor beds really uncomfortable no cushions on them . this could be a very good Villa if they made some changes.

Very new and extremely tidy. Great for groups and top notch stunning service from Dedek! The man deserves a medal.

Quite hard to find at first because the location is not tagged on google maps. Not sure if this is something the property can fix, but would be good to have the place marked on google maps.
