Amazing villa,in a quiet location but close to everything you need walking distance. Stuff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful.

The property was in a fantastic location and staff were accommodating and lovely

We loved the attitude of the staff, Putu our host could not do enough for us. The location was great and easy walking.

The Villa is outdated and requires a lot of refurbishment.

Exceptional Stay! I had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The location is perfect,5 min walking to the beach .The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The staff were so professional and nice. I truly felt at home here and can't wait to return! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Fantastic location away from the loud streets but still 5 min walk from amazing beaches and the buzzing shopping and restaurants / bars streets. Great amenities in the villa, beautifully managed by Putu and her very professional team. Fully recommended for a nice stay in Seminiyak. .

fantastic place relatively close to the beach and the center with restaurants. cleaned daily with delicious freshly prepared breakfasts by the kind staff. Private garden and swimming pool.
