"ok for adults not good for family due to bug issue."

property look same as photos. staff was good. swing pool was clean & tidy. rooms are specious.

lot’s of caterpillars out side. Not change bath towels. No toothpaste & brush. shower pressure is very slow. breakfast is just for mention not fair value of money.

What a great host, Mia was very accommodating and was really easy to communicate with. The cleaner who is lovely also prepares the morning breakfast at the Villa. The location of the villa is superb, right in the middle of Seminyak near all the amenities you could need. We stayed in Villa 1 and it was a really great spot. We will be back again!

The shower head needs replacement to improve water flow and general shower upgrade but everything else is excellent.

We loved the central location and the easy check in / check out process. The villa was beautifully furnished and always immaculately clean! loved chilling by the pool side during the day and even at night.
