The staff were very good and the spa was good value

The place is tired and in need of a decent clean. Our room leaked through the roof into the wardrobes and out onto the floor and couldn’t be fixed. Constant smell of mould and damp as a result. No doors mean you wake every morning to bird and bat poo everywhere and if it’s raining the rain pours in and wets tiles which is really dangerous. Room service was terrible and the breakfast was boring and cold. Def not what was advertised or purchased

All the staff were friendly. And they help out with everything (bookings, plannings, etc. )

The staff were fantastic and super friendly, always helpful and just overall great people. Great location. Size of venue was great and spacious. Spa at the venue is a must try!

It's a bit outdated, and I think it might need a few upgrades around the room but otherwise it's super clean and great venue

Location was great! Breakfast options were really nice! Staff were really attentive and came around daily to spray for bugs

Wifi continuously dropped out REALLY slippery when the floor was wet!!!

we loved how the villas were laid out, very nice! we liked the pool. my dad, who is a pwd, approves it! we hope the was cleaned everyday though.

the bed divan made it hard for my dad, who is a pwd. but we still had a great sleep! also, maybe they can offer other breakfast options. we stayed there for 3 days and the food is the same everyday.

great layout with everyone having their own room and ensuite. living area big enough for our large group and plenty of chairs around the enormous dining table. peaceful and clean and good facilities close by. fabulous staff and breakfasts

could have been a little more equipment in the kitchen but didn’t spoil our enjoyment
