Villa Filo's Paradise Pool n Spa. Seminyak

The property was absolutely exceptional. Everything was amazing from the minute we booked. Wayne the host was absolutely fantastic and organised transfers from the airport for us. He also greeted us on arrival which was not at a great hour due to flight disruption. We were absolutely blown away by the Villa- the pictures online do not do this place justice. From the large bedrooms, beautiful pool, it was everything and more than what you see online. 8min stroll to the beach, very close to the bars yet far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. The cleaner attended to the Villa daily and was such a nice a friendly gentleman. We asked for a checkout time a little bit later and of course this was no problem at all. Thank you so much Wayne and team- it was amazing and really set us up for our Bali Trip. Highly recommend.

Nothing could be disliked in this property.

The pool is lovely and the location is excellent. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. All rooms are large with nice beds. The garden is very tropical. There is a restaurant across the street.

We had to leave the fan on in the downstairs bathroom constantly to clear the odour and so we could sleep - there were no bathroom doors. The upstairs air conditioner was very temperamental and did not blow cool air so had to sleep downstairs on the couch.

The villa is close to the beach and shops and a little restaurant right next door who delivered food if we asked. The villa is beautiful and the pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. We spent most of our time outside except when we went to sleep! The ambience of the place was really great with nice furnishings and art work. Wayne was very helpful and Ketut was lovely.

The main thing was the downstairs bathroom was a little smelly at times and could have been a bit cleaner.

Location was great, space was great and so was the pool area. The bed was comfortable too. The fridge was big and worked well, with plenty of ice. The gentleman who came in to clean was friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately there were several issues, some which got resolved quickly (no running water, broken lights, no internet) but others that didn't get resolved at all (very smelly bathroom odour, no satellite tv) and I wasn't a fan of the poor condition of the kitchen utensils - 3 of the 5 cups were chipped, plates, pots, pans and the sink itself all had to be scrubbed before they could be used. One of the loungeroom air conditioners didn't work at all, and the other one leaked water down the wall. We also had to replace the drinking water bottle ourselves. Given the low cost of the bottle, about $2 Australian, this would have been a great gesture towards the guests comfort, but our request was denied.

Very spacious and nicely furnished villa, close to the beach, clean pool and great host.

An awesome villa with big house & big bed room. Every bed room has a bathroom, near to anywhere. Wynne is really helping me. Good service. I really love this place. Back to here? For sure!

A lil bit effort for parking the car, expecially if you have a big one.
