CASA BEGJA I Tranquil 2BR Villa w Private Pool in Mertanadi

Villa was located down a quiet street which was great. Within walking distance to shops & restaurants.

Quiet villa and the staff were exceptional. Arranged massages everyday, sometimes with little notice. Extremely accommodating.

This villa is immaculate and very comfortable. Cleaners are lovely and come in daily, pool was also cleaned regularly. Great set up and location. We had an amazing time over Christmas and New Year.

The accommodation was really good and so was the location. 10min walk to the main restaurant streets. Near a supermarket as well.

The water dispenser only gave warn water. Not great if you wanted a quick cold drink. Ended up filling bottles and keeping them in the fridge. Also had to pay to replace a towel that was apparently permanently 'stained' with sunscreen. I was able to keep the towel and washed it at home. The 'stain' totally came out. There was also heaps of cigarette buts in the garden, near the kitchen.

Good service, good location, well presented clean villa.

Couch was uncomfortable, no tv in common area.

the layout of the property is excellent. separating the living & kitchen area from the bedrooms was ideal for friends staying there. the garden area was everything we needed.

it would have been great if basics were provided such as: tea towels, oil, sugar, salt & pepper for example

Location was good.

Mothballs or naphthalene balls were used in the bottom of the shower to cover the smell coming from the drains. Drains were continually blocking. Pipes blew off the water pump and flooded the rear area and hence no water supply. In fairness the maintenance people fixed this problem within a few days. When the water was working there was barely enough hot water for 2 people to shower. Continual failure of wifi and therefore television failure.THEN ,after all that they charged us another $50AUD for a late checkout.
