Villa Nadya

Fantastic location, close to cafes, main road, and the heart of seminyak. Lovely cleaning staff. Good kitchen facilities including microwave, blender and rice cooker.

A bit of wear and tear on building, no board games or playing cards which many villas provide. No cushions for sun loungers. There was a barking dog next door which would wake me up through the night most nights.

The location was really excellent. We had a range of amazing restaurants, bars, spas and shops right on our doorstep, and could walk everywhere we needed to go. We took only a couple of trips out of the area because there was so much to see (and so much incredible food). The villa was set back down an alley away from the main road so there wasn't road noise which was great. The rooms were absolutely huge with heaps of cupboard space, tvs, and two big ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and rainfall showers. The air con worked perfectly and was nice and cold and the bedrooms had amazing blackout curtains. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely fantastic and a highlight of the place. So beautiful. We basically lived in the pool. The staff were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and the villa was always very clean. Great communication from the manager Stephen.

The worst part was the neighbour's dog that barked day and night. It woke us up a few times early in the morning. Like all the places we have stayed before in Bali, there were a couple of things that were a bit old / broken / needed fixing. But when we did advise the property manager of the things that were actually broken they took care of them pretty quickly. The lounge room / dining area / kitchen is all open air, so we didn't hang out in it much because of the heat - it would have been fine if there was a big pedestal fan, or the ceiling fan worked on high but it only turned very slowly so the air was too warm and still to lie on the couch much. We hung out in the downstairs bedroom in the air con when we were home. The baths are massive but there was not enough hot water to fill them up past about half way.

Villa is located near good restaurants and markets but at the end of the street so you have peaceful and quiet time. The staff is very nice and kind. The microwave didnt work but they changed it for a new one the next day. It is worth the money. Air condition in both bedrooms

The fuse for outdoors lights is too weak and keeps going off but if you dont turn on all the lights it should be fine.
