Den and mr Windicwere exceptional. My husband the children and myself could not of asked for my, very friendly clean and helpful. We could not fault anything, it was the perfect family holiday in a very hidden and convenient locals

Everything is exceptional, feels more like a home than a rental. Everything you need is there, location is A1 and the staff are great. Would highly recommend!

Wish we had stayed more than 5 nights.

"Awesome"

Very private and a great position very well equipped with big bedrooms large lounge, dining etc Big pool which we used a lot. Den (our bfast chef, cleaner etc was amazing The property is not cheap but great value for money We would stay again

"Really great villa in great location."

Very well equipped and great location. Looks just like pictures. Staff was great as well as breakfast. 2 min walk to the beach with 2 surf spots (beach break) and 15-20min walk to shops. Tamoco surf was really great with good prices for coconut and soft drink + loungers. There’s also a lot of books + kids games and art supplies that our kids loved.

Not a problem but very narrow street to get to villa so big van (12 seater) struggled to get in. We also had poor water pressure at times for upstairs bathroom (couldn’t take a bath but shower was good) but came right on it’s own.

"A dream come true"

We loved everything about the property, it was such luxury and a beautiful family holiday. Kadek and Den were absolutely amazing and served up an amazing breakfast every morning. We can’t wait to go back.

"A truly wonderful place to stay in Seminyak."

The property was well located, only a five minute walk to the beach. It is superbly decorated inside and out. The outdoor pool area is the perfect place to relax if you don’t feel like going out. The interior design is stunning, comfortable, spacious and highly practical. It is perfect for two couples.

Having to leave it!
