Villa Orked 1

It was comfy and clean. The stuff is amazing. Very responsive and caring.

Had some issues with the water, but after you some help, everything was well:)

Excellent Villa. Well appointed- good size outdoor kitchen and living, great plunge pool - deep enough for kids (and big kids) to jump all day long. Totally private - no one looking into you. Very comfortable beds. Good size little garden so you don’t feel crammed. At the end of a laneways so no noise at all, yet only a few minutes in a cab to wherever you want to go.

Housekeeping was available every day and the timing for this was flexible. The bedrooms has effective AC.

Upon arrival, the water was not working as it should - it was just a trickle of water and we were unable to take a shower. We let the property owners know and they came to have a look while we were out. They sent a video of the water working as it should. When we came back the water pressure was poor and we were only able to shower one person at a time. The next day, we left the villa in the morning. After arriving back in the evening, we found the water was not working again. Maintenance came to 'fix' it and after waiting an hour, he claimed that it was fixed and we just needed to wait an hour for the water tank to fill up. After an hour of waiting, nothing had changed and we did not shower that night. The following morning, water was still not working and we were even unable to flush the toilet. Luckily the villa next door was unoccupied so maintenance connected our plumming with their water and we were finally able to shower. At the end of this day, the water was properly fixed but it was definitely not a great start to our trip - especially with Bali being such a humid city and not being able to shower - it was a terrible experience. The villa also had other issues throughout our stay - water leaking from the ceiling in one bedroom and the AC leaking water in the other. Moreover, we had our laundry done using the service that the Villa provided and our clothes got mixed up resulting in the loss of some clothing items. No discounts were provided to compensate for our experience.

Villa Orked 1 was a charming villa located just minutes from shops and restaurants, offering convenience and a cozy ambience.

This was just absolutely lovely. The villa manager and staff are super accommodating and the villas itself just a gem. We were in four and we were very comfortable. An absolute gem in Seminyak!

The Villa is amazing, we enjoyed the pool and the handmade breakfast. Very close to the center of Seminyak but really peaceful in the night. Warmly recommended.
