"fabulous property for the price"

an older villa that has lovely large garden,very comfortable and private, staff were brilliant, the breakfast was the best we experienced in our 12 different properties we stayed in in Bali. very good value for the price

there were not any eating places nearby,was quite a walk

"Amazing place"

The villa, the place, the staff, the breakfast. Everything was so good 👍 When we had some difficulties or problems the staff helped us soon. The communication was perfect. Our two kids (3 yrs and 7 months old) loved the villa, the pool, and all kinds of animals live there (Gekos, Squirrels, Frogs, Birds, etc. )

The villa needs a bit more maintenance but it is good enough.

The villa was lovely - spacious, great pool, comfortable and well maintained every day by the staff who were so friendly and helpful. Contact with the villa during booking, payment and arrival was so easy. We hope to stay here again next time we come back to Bali.

There wasn't anything we were unhappy about. Everything was just perfect.

The house was near the main road, very convinient to move around but at the same time very quiet. Beds were extra comfortable, breakfast amazing, service outstanding. They organized a driver for us and a massage on the villa. We stayed few days here before moving to Ubud. My kids forgot some stuff in the villa and the manager managed to bring it to us the day after. I would absolutely recommend this villa!

Be aware that the main road might be blocked at peak hours if you travel by car

The property was absolutely incredible. The gardens were well maintained and were up kept daily. The rooms were great and the kitchen and seating area were amazing also.

The only downside of this location was the shower pressure and the toilet flushing system.
