3BR Villa Carissa Seminyak Centre, Bali by Le Ciel Hospitality

We loved staying at Villa Carissa. Not only did we have the amazing Dewi greet us and make us breakfast each morning. The whole villa is immaculate. Every detail is covered.

The ONLY negative was the downstairs bedroom bed base creaks when you move or sit down on the bed

Having a hostess that cooked us breakfast every morning and cleaned our rooms. We developed a really good relationship with Dewi and she was super nice and friendly. When there was an issue with one of the bathrooms, the host, Aldo was very quick to reply to get everything sorted so we were comfortable. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it more homey and spacious. We also had a late journey home, and Aldo was nice enough to allow us to stay until the evening of our check out time. Communication and professionalism was outstanding.

The villa was clean and the staff were amazing, super polite and friendly. It was nice, quiet and peaceful..all needs were met and nothing was to much to ask! The breakfast options were great and the food was beautifully prepared using fresh ingredients. Was the perfect start after a late night of bintangs!

Unfortunately, we had a few mosquitoes sneak into our rooms during the night however, there was bug spray available should we needed it. It wasn't a big problem by any means and was a non issue the moment we found the bug spray. A quick hit of the room 10 mins before bed and it was fine. Despite this being the only negative and a minor negative at that, we will 100% return and stay again!!! Thank you Villa Carissa

Our housekeeper Dewi was very nice and kind. She helped us with all the questions and made maximum to make our stay enjoyable

Villa was a little bit outdated but very comfortable and clean. Recommended for those who looks for housing with Bali mood

This villa is just in the middle of Seminyak in a walking distance from the beach, shopping centres and beautiful boutiques and restaurants. Each room has its own air-conditioning, and the swimming pool has good maintenance. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and the owner responds in a quick way to any of our requests. We repeat the massage because the therapists are amazing!

The location was great!

The Villa was unacceptable, especially for the price. On our arrival there were dishes still on sink, fridge with off food in it, kitchen sink drain with hair and rice in it, shower was....no words, etc. There was one set of keys and each room had to be locked individually, (this could take 2-3 minutes each door) so you either locked your kids in the rooms or left them with the keys after they locked you in. Contacted Villa via WhatsApp regarding our concerns and had a message from the owner who advised us that the booking was non-refundable, which we understood if a no show or just chose to move on somewhere else, not because of the cleanliness. There wasn't even an apology, only some minor touch-ups are currently in progress (not made aware), just consider coming back and allowing us an opportunity to provide a better experience. Further messages sent by me was ignored for 13 days until a review was mentioned. The response was, We truly value sincere guest feedback, as it helps us to continually improve. We kindly trust that any review shared will reflect the genuine experience rather than serve as a negotiation tool! I was truly disgusted by this response!

Amazing location and the villa was perfect for our big group. We enjoyed the pool and the daily breakfast preparatory us in the kitchen.

Only minus is the water pressure in the top back room was so poor we could almost not use the shower.

The location is amazing. 10mins walk to the flea market and beach. House is big equipped with air-conditioning. Swimming pool is deep enough even it’s a bit small. Rooms are spacious. Clean always.

There is a strange noise coming from the main door all the time. Breakfast was made freshly but options are limited and not always on-time. Fresh juice and fruit are always the same everyday. Upstairs twins beds bathroom shower was not working properly. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are quite empty. Upstairs master bedroom toilet sink is blocked. No instructions on how to arrange the complimentary massage.
