Location and size

No breakfast included. Location is good but traffic noice continual day & night. The staff that cleaned the room were lovely & tried there best with what they had to work with.

Where do I start, the mould in cupboards, no face washers, hand towels, tea towels & what towels were supplied were grey not white, very thin & both bath towels & pool towels were very stained. There was no hot water in the kitchen & apparently if you turn the water on in the hand basin & bath & waits about 1o minutes you would get hot water. The only way to shower when staying in the downstairs bedroom was outdoor shower in the rain. The tiles were extremely dangerous eg slippery as we had very wet weather. This was a 3 bedroom villa with 2 outdoor lounges yes there was a day bed but not adequate seating for 6 people. I could go on but I think I have painted a very real picture. I have stayed in many villas some not meeting expectations but you get that but this was the worst. I really don’t like putting something down but you asked

The bathroom water was like a poison, we couldn’t even brush our teeth we had to bay water from the market to wash our faces and brush our teeth, there was to many mosquitoes our body was filled with bites specially the main room scene the bathroom is open to the outside it was filled by mosquitoes you can’t stand a one minute without several bites, the cleaning service was not good our pool stayed not clean for 3 days, and the food stayed in the livingroom room for 2 days they didn’t clean it.

Location was good, central to many eateries and shopping. The cleaners were friendly and kind, quick to fix things that needed attention.

Discovered on arrival that we were beside a massage parlour clearly with adult themes. Made us feel uncomfortable with the family booking with our teenagers. Chewing gum found on the side of the pool on arrival. The pool was too close to the main room meaning mosquitos where always close by. Didn't like the outdoor shower in main room, used the upstairs shower through the stay. No screen in main bathroom to the outside shower meant the mossies again were hard to keep away from.

Location

Were told mosquito fogging would take place the evening of our arrival. Highly unlikely as the mosquitoes were everywhere. Unable to use the outdoor area including the pool, outdoor shower/bathroom due to this.
