Villa Chocolat Seminyak

all bathrooms shower and tub tap n showers were not working and breakfast was very limited you have to choose and quantity was also not sufficient

We stayed in Chocolate 2 (2 bedrooms) and really enjoyed the experience. The villa is spacious and comfortable with an enormous living area and an identical, airconditioned bedroom at either end. The beds were very comfortable with full mosquito nets. (Mosquitos were not a big problem.) There are two ensuite, outdoor bathrooms. The pool is large and quite deep (wouldn't be great for kids) and is a lovely temperature. It was maintained every day and gets full sun until mid-afternoon. The staff who cooked breakfast and attended to the housekeeping every morning were delightful and the Head Butler, Mr Komara could not have been more helpful. The villa was very quiet and private, but only a 5-minute walk to Eat Street (highly recommend Buso and Revolver). It is an 8-minute walk through back streets to the beach and KuDeTa. We found Nyaman Group very professional, good to deal with and responsive to our enquiries.

Everything! It was beautiful and spacious. The room was perfect for myself. The bed was big and comfy, the aircon was great, the outdoor bathroom was such a cool experience. The pool was huge and perfect any time of day/night. As two females travelling without our husbands we felt very safe in the villa. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It really was a little paradise.

Nothing negative at all. It was amazing.

I stayed with my family a group of 13 of us at Villa Chocolat late November. Highlight of the trip would definitely be the service. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. We asked for the villa to be stocked with fresh fruit and beers upon our arrival and had everything we requested. The villa and pool were constantly cleaned. Very large space for everyone. awesome pool.

The villa had something going on with its water for the first couple of days we were there so the water often wasn’t working. This was frustrating as it was really hot and we all wanted to shower frequently and use the toilets. The villa bore was later replaced and we had no issues after that. A lot of mosquitoes this time of year. Location was a little more difficult than I thought it would be. Deep down little streets.

Had a few water issues , and the pool required maintenance for a broken part , but I guess that is not their fault things happen

When booking it’s hard to know which villa you will get, we booked 5 bedrooms but it’s not the one in the pictures which was disappointing

Everything was perfect from staff to the facilities stayed with a group of friends and the staff were so accommodating always there and had a security guard at the front all night always checking in. The actual villa it’s self is surreal so much personal space and also space to socialise also 2x pools is a massive bonus!

The beds were a little off could’ve been softer but doesn’t take away from anything at all
