Adorable 1BR villas in the heart of Seminyak

Property is excellent

The villa is located perfect in Seminyak. You can walk to many things and at the same time spend time in a private and quiet villa as it's in an alleyway which is locked at night (you get a key for the lock) & the alleyway is off one of Seminyak’s main streets. The own pool is something really great. We used it for in the mornings, during the day and night, really wonderful. Would 100% stay here again.

The location was fantastic in the heart of Seminyak. Furthermore, it was located away from the main road which gave us the privacy we needed.

The place was filled with mosquitoes even though the staff provided repellents. We eventually had to buy coils to prevent more mosquitoes. The toilet was also not as clean as how it was presented in the photos and the shower kept flooding due to getting clogged.

Hard to find but only at the first visit. Once we knew where it was it was easy.

That our holiday came to an end

Such a nice and comfy villa in a quiet location while still 3 mins walk to a great range of cafes, restos and shops. Short walk to the beach or 1 min scooter ride. Very good sized pool. The staff was really accommodating and helpful.

Small but beautiful villa. Panoramic photos of the villa. In the kitchen, the faucet in the sink was broken or old and when the water was turned on, the water sprayed in different directions. It was impossible to wash hands or dishes. The comforter and duvet cover were reusable. There was no duvet cover on the duvet.

in the heart of Seminyak, however you need to walk around 200m on foot since the alley is so narrow and no car can go inside

the mosquitoes, mainly because there are so much greenery and the living room is an open space, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this beauty
