the service was outstanding. in particular Daniel and Sebastian. Daniel went out of his way to make us comfortable, even took us to restaurants on the main land to show us around. wow. amazing guy. always smiling

a little noisy during the day because of boats around. but that’s the case with all hotels and resorts in the location

Me encantó la ubicación y las instalaciones, todo tan paradisíaco! El personal también nos trató muy bien, sobretodo conmigo que había cogido una intoxicación alimentaria en otro alojamiento, y me facilitaron traslados y comida apta. Y recalcamos también la atención de Daniel, muy servicial y atento, y que nos hizo sentir más agusto aún. Volveríamos sin duda!

Stanza enorme e stupenda, completamente affacciata sul mare. Bellissimo il ristorante all’aperto. Cibo molto buono anche se poco variegato. Personale super disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Escursioni stupende nelle isole vicine.

Cibo 100% asiatico con poche scelte internazionali (meglio la colazione). Purtroppo il mare in cui è posizionato il resort è spesso pieno di rifiuti (plastica), portati dalle correnti. Non è quindi sempre possibile fare L bagno. Tuttavia il resort cercava di pulirlo tutti i giorni.

Possibilità di nuotare e andare in kayak di fronte all'hotel, dimensione della camera con vista incredibile sul mare, disponibilità dello staff ad organizzare le escursioni ed ad aiutarci con check out anticipato e relativo trasporto barca e a prenotare il trasferimento in aereoporto, buffet (colazione, pranzo, merenda, cena) estremamente vario e abbondante

Best view and service! Highly recommended to stay here for an unforgettable experience. Nice boss and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room and environment. Have transparent kayak and watery activities. Great opportunity to meet new friends with different cultures. Can communicate with the staff for special occasions arrangement such as birthday/anniversary in advance.
