Nera Nature House

I really enjoyed our stay and it was so nice with Nera. He has been a great host, he is really lovely and wants you to be happy and feel home. The place he built is awesome, his outdoorkitchen is amazing and he is the best cook!

Nera and Mama (his staff) are extremely cool, we had a great time with them. Nera showed us his world and we did some pretty exciting trips with him. For example swimming in a lake with (not dangerous) crocodiles! Also he is always up for a chat and a beer and he cooks the best food in Sri Lanka!!

I don't know where to start about my stay at Nera. I was initially supposed to stay 2 days I stayed for a week. Nera is that kind of host, full of attention, who makes you discover his world by preparing you feasts in the evening and incredible juices during the day, who goes out to buy you a coke when he doesn't have any in the fridge, or who takes you to the top of Ella Rock at 5am to see the sunrise and an incredible sunset on the edge of a lake, or to admire the crocodiles in the middle of the night. Simple things to live like this King. I don't know how to thank you my big bro, I'll be waiting for you in France from now on, long life to you!

Nera is the MOST AMAZING host and an INCREDIBLE cook. Breakfast and dinner here were the best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka and we had so much fun having dinner with all the other guests. It feels like we are all just one big family having a meal together. I will 100% recommend anyone that comes to Sigirya to stay here. The tree house is amazing and you can feel the love put into every detail. We’ll be back soon Nera! THANK YOU!

Nera! Is an absolute hero! So kind, his friendly warmth and hospitality welcomes you into his amazing treehouse and cooks you food until you can't eat another grain of rice! He helped my sister with treatment for her skin, we stayed 5 days instead of 2, and was one of our best times in Sri Lanka, because of Nera, an absolute must stay if going to sigyria!
