"Beautiful Toscan Villa with breathtaking views"

Beautiful Villa with pool & breathtaking views of the Toscan hills. Very nice owners (Caterina & Federico). On our last night we had an amazing dinner at their Farm house all prepared from their own products. They have an amazing dog called Sangro who visited us every day :) the house is only 30 minutes away from Arezzo. 100% recommended

"The villa is very isolated with a three km gravel road nothing is within walking distance which is my responsibility for"

The property has the potential to be fabulous but the reality is it’s run down and requires a cosmetic makeover , it appears to be either a multi generational home or perhaps is let out as individual apartments on occasion

The setting is beautiful, the pool is fabulous and they have the most stunning dog !! He’s just gorgeous huge !!
