Villa Elaia

The villa is beautiful, very tastefully done and very comfortable. We loved the pool area! Marta was so helpful and nice and very responsive to any queries we had. There was a really nice bakery just around the corner for fresh bread. We loved our stay ❤️

Top ausgestattetes, modernes Haus. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Wunderschöner Poolbereich. Top Anbindung an die umliegenden Örtlichkeiten. Keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic modern house in a very good location. Everything has been perfect. The owner lives in another villa on the same property and has been very helpful with anything we needed. First impressions of the house was that all the rooms are bigger than they look on pictures. 5 bathrooms in total, TV in every room and AC unit in every room. Location was perfect with market and restaurants close by. Lots of butcher shops also to buy meat for the very great built in grill. We spent total of 12 days here with family of 6.

This was by far the best house we've ever stayed in! The space was huge, with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus two additional toilets and two fully equipped kitchens. Everything we needed was there – and more! There were plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, even a pizza stone, and two different coffee machines. We were also welcomed with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil – such a thoughtful touch. There was a grill in the summer kitchen, and outside a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a cozy seating area. We also had pool floats, badminton rackets, and even yoga mats at our disposal. The hosts thought of absolutely everything – there wasn’t a single thing we could complain about. The location was perfect as well – a lovely bakery with delicious pastries just around the corner, two grocery stores within walking distance, and the town center was only about a 5-minute walk away. A special mention goes to the owner – such a kind, smiling, and incredibly helpful person. She made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back – this place is perfect in every way!

Villa was immaculate and exactly as in photos. The host, Marta, was helpful and provided lots of small useful extras like dishwasher tablets and some drinks in the fridge on arrival. The pool is clean and a great size, getting the sun all day. It's a very short walk to the main town of Sukosan, which itself has a great selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!
